Toyin Adekanmbi was awarded two graduation awards during the UPEI Graduation 2023. The awards are (1) “the Faculty of Graduate Studies Awards of Distinction in the Faculty of Science, which recognizes one convocating graduate student from each Faculty with Masters or Ph.D. programs, in recognition of the significant contribution of a graduate student who has excelled in their graduate program and has made outstanding contributions to their faculty, university and discipline, and (2) “the Jacob G. Schurman Memorial Graduate Studies Award” awarded to one convocating graduate student in a Masters or Ph. (themostlysimplelife.com) D. program at UPEI whose thesis has been determined to be of superior quality. The graduation awards were presented during the UPEI graduation 2023 Senior Class Awards Ceremony held on Monday, May 15, 2023, in the UPEI Wanda Wyatt Dining Hall and listed in the graduation program.
