Climate Lab Members actively engage with professionals around Atlantic Canada to keep aware of advances in the water and wastewater industries. The Atlantic Canada Water & Wastewater Association (ACWWA) is a ‘Section’ of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and a ‘Member Association’ of the Water Environment Federation (WEF). ACWWA is comprised of over 550 water and wastewater professionals from Atlantic Canada.

AWWA is an international non-profit scientific and educational society dedicated to improving drinking water. AWWA is the world’s largest association of water professionals, with over 50,000 members representing every part of the water profession. AWWA has 43 Sections globally, including 5 Sections in Canada.
WEF is an association focused on preserving and enhancing the global water environment. WEF has over 35,000 members and works to provide its members, public officials, and the public with the necessary tools to engage in or learn ways to improve quality of life through the sustainable management of water resources, water protection, and water and wastewater environment. WEF has 45 Member Associations in the US and Canada and 30 others in 25 Countries. WEF has 5 Member Associations in Canada.
